Beth Bloom co-authored the article “Trial by Zoom: A Closer Look at the Retooled Civil Jury Trial in the Time of Pandemic” published in the January 2021 issue of the King County Bar Bulletin. The article discusses the return of civil jury trials in a remote format after in-person criminal and civil jury trials were suspended in King County.
